Our professional development programme offers opportunities for members to actively engage as part of an online cohort to learn effective practices from QAA specialists as well as peers drawn from across the sector.
This course is free to attend for staff from UK higher education providers with full QAA Membership. Places are limited to two per QAA Member. (They are not available to those with Introductory Membership.)
Introduction to Quality
This is a professional development course which has been designed for academic and professional services staff who need to understand the role of quality in higher education. It is open to staff at UK higher education providers (including those offering higher education within the tertiary space) who have full QAA Membership.
This course is suitable either as progression for those who have already done Step into Quality or as a direct-entry point. As it relies on participants having some familiarity with their provider, applicants should have been within higher education or their provider for at least three months before joining the course.
