QAA leads the development of Subject Benchmark Statements. These Statements are reviewed on a cyclical basis to ensure they are as useful as possible for discipline communities and can inform a range of purposes across the sector, including course design and providing support for securing academic standards.
We consult on a draft version of all revised Subject Benchmark Statements to enable us to gather feedback from the higher education community and other stakeholders to further shape the Statement before we publish the final version.
Consultations are open to all colleagues from across the higher education sector, including students, staff, professional, statutory and regulatory bodies, subject associations and employers.
