QAA publishes guide to engaging the student voice

QAA has published a brief guide to engaging the student voice in the classroom as part of its Practice Matters series of regular publications exclusive to QAA Members designed to help teaching practitioners and student support professionals to enhance the quality of their provision in these challenging times.

The new guide focuses on approaches to the promotion of the student voice and student feedback to foster engagement.

It explores how we can strengthen engagement in feedback systems while staying true to the diversity of the student voice – how we can best work to ensure every student is heard – and how we create feedback systems that genuinely support both quality assurance and quality enhancement.

As usual, our guide includes a series of top tips and a digest of relevant resources, as well as sets of reflective questions to underpin the development of effective practice in this area.
