We are proud of what we do and believe that our ability to successfully support students and the HE sector is down to our people. We recruit people with the skills and expertise to help us achieve our vision, and share our passion for leading quality in HE.
We offer flexible working, an enhanced leave allowance, and focus on providing learning and development opportunities for all who work for us. We provide a safe and healthy working environment and an organisational culture which promotes diversity, inclusivity and respect.
QAA doesn’t stand still and is constantly developing, to ensure we continue to meet the needs of those we support in the UK and internationally.
Judith Crowther, Project Officer
There is a real sense of community and family about QAA. We have a common aim and purpose, and it’s a lively, sociable and friendly place to work.
Kerri Green, Business Analyst
As a full-time working parent, I value the flexibility that QAA offers.
We believe in having fun and supporting the community we work in. Our Social Group leads our charity work, with fundraising events throughout the year - from cake bake-offs to sponsored runs and quizzes. Each year, our staff choose a charity to support, and in 2018 we are fundraising for the Gloucestershire Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre.
Our strategy and the way we work are underpinned by five core values that shape everything we do.
