This guidance document is intended for existing and new providers of higher education in England that wish to apply to the OfS for authorisation for degree awarding powers. It should be read in conjunction with the regulatory advice published on the OfS website.

The guidance sets out the main features of QAA assessment where variation or revocation of DAPs authorisation is being considered.
