On this page, you’ll find information about the Advice and Guidance supporting the UK Quality Code for Higher Education 2024. Developed with the higher education sector, it aligns with the 12 Sector Agreed Principles. This Advice and Guidance explains key practices and includes practical advice, reflective questions, and resources.

The Advice and Guidance is not mandatory for providers, but offers approaches to meeting the Sector Agreed Principles. National regulators and QAA are not bound by the information in the Advice and Guidance, will not view it as compliance indicators, and it does not interpret statutory requirements.
