INQAAHE Conference 2021 - Re-Imagining of Higher Education Quality in an Age of Uncertainty
|Date:||June 1 to June 15 - 2021|
QAA is proud to be hosting the 16th Biennial INQAAHE Conference from 1-15 June 2021.
We had planned to welcome you in person to Glasgow in 2021. However, as the pandemic progresses, the most important priority is the health and safety of all INQAAHE members. Due to the on-going international travel restrictions, the uncertainty around the safety of large face-to-face gatherings and the ambition to enable as many INQAAHE members as possible to attend this event, the conference will be offered fully online with a strong Scottish flavour.
The INQAAHE Board, along with QAA is working creatively to make this Conference an accessible, unforgettable, engaging and useful event for you. We are especially looking forward to celebrating 30 years of INQAAHE.
To ensure that as many of you as possible can join us live the Conference is to take place over an extended period at the beginning of June. Being online presents us with an opportunity to host a workshop per day and so you will have an opportunity to register and join us for all of them if you wish.
The theme for the conference is Re-Imagining of Higher Education Quality in an Age of Uncertainty and it will focus on four emerging themes in higher education:
- Digital disruption for HE brings disruption for quality assurance
- New quality agendas for external and internal quality assurance
- Quality assurance supporting changing learner journeys
- Maintaining trust in the face of uncertainty
This is an essential event for these rapidly changing times in higher education globally. It is an opportunity for INQAAHE members, senior representatives of quality assurance agencies, quality professionals and academics to explore these key themes and more.
