Hallmarks of Success Playbook Sprint: Student-Centred Learning and Teaching

Based on QAA’s Hallmarks of Success Playbook: Student-Centred Learning and Teaching, this Sprint consists of an online workshop and interactive check points over a total of six weeks:

  • Workshop: 7 November, 14:00-16:00
  • Check-in 1: 17 November, 10:00-11:30
  • Check-in 2: 6 December, 10:00-11:30
  • Finish: 14 December, 10:00-11:30

Delegates can use the Playbook Sprint to address a particular challenge they face regarding student-centred learning and teaching, or as a way to enhance delivery and practice in this area.

Registration to participate in the Playbook Sprint is based on an application and selection process. There are limited places on the starting line, so early applications are encouraged click here to register your interest.

This Sprint is designed for academics, course leaders and module leaders.

The Hallmarks of Success Playbook Sprints are short bursts of four future-facing, interactive sessions designed for members to share knowledge, explore challenges and devise personalised action plans to enable success within their own modules, courses and institutions. Delegates will be able to use the energy of the Sprint sessions to tackle an issue, consider a new approach and discuss ideas with fellow colleagues to develop and enrich their plans.

Delegates will be provided with preparatory material and information prior to the Playbooks Sprints, as well as supporting resources to help personalised action planning. Given the short and focused nature of the sessions, full attendance and participation for the scheduled workshops and check-ins will be expected.
