Personal Assistant to Executive Director of Operations
|Salary:||£21,017 - £26,507 per annum, dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience|
|Contract:||Full-time and part-time will be considered, permanent|
Our Executive Director of Operations requires a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant, who shares our commitment to improving and promoting the UK's world-class reputation for delivering a quality higher education experience for all students.
This role within our Governance, Policy and Communications department is responsible for providing confidential and comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support to our Executive Director of Operations.
We are looking for someone who has experience of providing the full range of personal assistant support at a senior level and is confident organising and supporting meetings, as well as drafting papers and correspondence on behalf of others.
It's important that you are able to manage your own work in a structured and methodical way, can deal tactfully with sensitive and/or confidential information and have the capability to prioritise and work flexibly to accommodate changing priorities and deadlines.
