Appointment of Members to the Access Qualification Development Group (AQDG)
We are currently looking for new members to join our Access Qualification Development Group (AQDG).
The AQDG is an expert advisory group which reports to the Access Recognition and Licensing Committee (ARLC). Its membership includes current practitioners and other stakeholders.
The AQDG makes recommendations to the ARLC for the development of the Access to HE qualification. It reviews and develops proposals for revising the Access to Higher Education Diploma and credit specifications. It also decides how proposals for change should be consulted on or tested, and considers the outcomes.
We invite applications from individuals who will engage with our vision, and will be strong ambassadors of QAA and Access to HE. We are particularly interested in attracting individuals with expertise in qualification development and assessment design, and higher education policy context relating to widening participation, social mobility and fair access.
QAA welcomes applications from people in all sections of the community and values diversity.
The AQDG normally meets three times a year; meetings will take place in London.
The closing date for applications is noon 12 October 2018.
Interviews will be held on 1 November 2018.
