The theme for 2026-27 is Contextualisation

The scheme is structured around a broad theme for each year based on features of an effective partnership/arrangement. For 2026-27, this theme is Contextualisation which will be used to support the focus of partnership insights and case studies, as well as a Thematic Insight report.

The rapidly accelerating expansion of transnational education means that the role of QAA as a trusted and knowledgeable interlocuter is more important than ever – providing unique opportunities for colleagues from across the UK HE sector to share both their concerns and their learnings as we seek to keep quality at the heart of our global vision.
