We are very satisfied with the service delivered by the QAA team. We were able to work in partnership with three quality assurance experts from a specific background of expertise and knowledge. We look forward to working with the team again and would recommend the professional services offered by QAA to other institutions and organisations.

Case study - University of Exeter: Strategic analysis of quality processes
QAA worked with the University of Exeter to review the University’s programme and module approval and amendment processes. The project resulted in a report that provided several recommendations for change and development, including the streamlining and simplification of business and academic approval processes, and the standardisation of data. The University of Exeter found the process to be a positive and beneficial experience, working with our higher education experts to formulate and create a roadmap for future development.

I would definitely recommend the service to others, and would suggest QAA are uniquely placed to help specifically with things around quality assurance given their history. I found the people I dealt with to be very knowledgeable and professional in their approach.
