|Date:||November 5 - 2018|
Registration is now open for the Data Matters: Using Data to Improve the Student Experience Conference on Wednesday 16 January 2019 in London.
The conference is jointly run by the M5 Group - QAA, Jisc and HESA, who are UK higher education’s data, quality and digital experts. It will provide the sector with an opportunity to explore the latest ideas and issues around data in higher education.
The event will bring together data practitioners, quality professionals and digital service specialists to learn from peers via workshops and practical sessions. Our keynote speakers include David Boyle, Customer Insight Director for Harrods, who has extensive experience in analytics and using data to improve the customer experience.
This event will be of interest to data, quality and digital professionals, including pro vice-chancellors, registrars and senior managers from universities and colleges across the UK.
