QAA Scotland is delighted to announce that our call for proposals for our 5th International Enhancement Conference is now open!

How do we, as a Scottish higher education sector, support a diversifying student population with changing needs and attitudes towards what might be classed as more 'traditional' styles of learning and teaching? What might these changes mean for our staff and our infrastructure? How do we ensure that our work meaningfully improves the student experience in a changing external landscape?
The ethos of support and development articulated by these questions has been a central feature of the Enhancement Themes from its inception in 2003. Over the past twenty years, the Enhancement Themes has been a vehicle through which the Scottish higher education sector has sought to tackle issues that significantly impact the learner experience, both within individual institutions and across the sector.
