Social media and quality - join QAA’s pilot project
In June we published research that found a relationship between social media sentiment and proxies for quality such as the TEF and National Student Survey
We said then that we would pilot this approach to quality management with 10 providers. If you would like to volunteer to be part of the pilot please email Paul Hazell by Tuesday 6 November. The email should include a short (no more than 250 words) statement that explains how you will utilise these data in quality management and enhancement of the student experience.
In conjunction with the pilots we are updating the underpinning research with a wider dataset. Find out more about the pilots and the updated research at 2019’s Data Matters conference.
