Higher Education Review (Alternative Providers) involves a full QAA review every four years, and an annual return and short monitoring visits between reviews.
We train staff and students from other providers to carry out the review and monitoring visits. They also make judgements on the provider's management of quality and standards, its commitment to the process of improving its systems, and the reliability of the information produced about its provision.
We are independent of government, universities and colleges and our findings and judgements are published here.
