Collaborative PhD

​QAA is currently supporting a three-year collaborative PhD studentship, co-funded by the Economic and Social Science Research Council (ESRC), King's College London, and QAA. The researcher is Alex Griffiths,​ and the topic is A Risk-Based Approach to Quality Assurance in Higher Education: An Empirical Analysis.

​Overview ​

​​Alex is supervised by Professor Alison Wolf at King's College London, with Dr Elizabeth Halford, Head of Research, Information and Enquiry at QAA acting as mentor for the work-based component of the research.​
