Programme Officer

Salary: £35,369 to £44,523 per annum dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience

We are looking for a proactive Programme Officer to support the development and delivery of review and quality assurance activity within QAA.

You will support our Quality Assurance Managers with the development and coordination of review activity, ensuring delivery to sector and contractual requirements. You will have responsibility for leading on the delivery of some activities including the recruitment, training and support of Reviewers; monitoring the progress of individual reviews; and analysis of review outcomes.

You will have experience of quality assurance within the higher education sector, which may include universities, colleges and alternative providers. Strong analytical skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills will  enable you to work with and influence colleagues within QAA and across the sector.

This is a full-time, permanent post based in our Gloucester office, but will involve travel throughout the UK and working from one of our other offices on occasions.
