Personal development planning (PDP) helps learners reflect upon their own learning and achievement and plan for their personal, educational and career development. QAA is working with Universities UK, Universities Scotland, GuildHE, the Centre for Recording Achievement, the Higher Education Academy, the National Union of Students and others to help higher education institutions and academics develop PDP policies and practices.
