We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Production team. This lead role will involve conceptualising, planning and executing creative and effective design work for use across QAA's print and digital outlets. This will range from corporate publications and marketing materials, to websites and social media. You will be responsible for managing QAA's brand identity and the maintenance and development of our guidelines. You will work with authors and team members to advise appropriate design solutions for their needs and target audience, as well as providing support and guidance for our junior designer.
The ideal candidate will have a range of experience working as a creative designer on both print and digital products. This role also requires a keen working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience of responsive web design and UX is desirable, as we work towards the launch of our new website.
This is a one-year fixed term contract to cover maternity in our Gloucester office. Applications for full-time or part-time will be considered.
