QAA offers an expanding range of services exclusively for subscribers to support the development of high quality, innovative approaches to quality assurance, enhancement and related practices to benefit students.
The QAA Subscriber Community is a virtual meeting space where members can easily access relevant quality assurance and enhancement resources, including those exclusively available to subscribers, and share experience, questions and expertise. Membership is open to all staff working within subscribing institutions. New resources are added regularly and a monthly update provides a summary of what's new and what's coming up.

Good practice case studies
These peer-reviewed case studies provide useful examples of current good practice and new ways of working. Designed to share ideas and encourage innovation, they are available exclusively for subscribers through the Subscriber Community.
Following the pilot in summer 2017, future topics will include degree apprenticeships; enterprise and entrepreneurship; student progression and retention; enabling students to develop and thrive; the use of data in internal quality assurance; student engagement; credit transfer; promoting academic integrity; digital literacy; and flexible learning. If you are working internationally and want to know more about a particular country before you consider a new partnership, our International Insights publications will be of interest to you. In addition, a series of webinars has been developed exclusively for subscribers to enable direct engagement and facilitate questions with our partner agencies in these key countries, including China, Hong Kong and Dubai/UAE.

Focus On programme provides a range of resources on particular themes. Subjects include the postgraduate research student experience, institution-led review, and training and support for postgraduate students who teach.
In Scotland, universities and colleges focus together on a particular
Enhancement Theme. Each Theme runs for three years and the resulting collection of papers, case studies and resources provides a valuable source of information and inspiration.
Annual subscriber conference
The QAA Annual Conference brings together experts in quality assurance from across the UK and overseas to discuss the very latest topics of interest, providing an excellent opportunity to network, share, listen and discuss. Each subscribing institution receives two free delegate passes, plus one free student place.
