Glasgow is Scotland's largest city. It has a population of around 600,000 and was the European Capital of Culture in 2000.

Glasgow is situated on the west of Scotland and is well served by the M8, Glasgow airport and two mainline railway stations. Spectacular countryside and coastal views are within easy reach, and Scotland's capital city, Edinburgh, is only 42 miles away.
