Although we are not covered by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), we are committed to meeting its standards of openness and accountability. The FOIA requires all those covered to have a publication scheme detailing the classes of information available to the public. We have our own information publication scheme, as detailed below. All requests for information will be dealt with in the spirit of the FOIA so far as is reasonable and practical.
All our current publications can be downloaded free on our website (unless stated otherwise). If you require any of our publications in an alternative format, or if you need access to any older reports, or reports undertaken using our previous methods (also available free of charge), please email comms@qaa.ac.uk.
In some cases, elements of individual documents may be redacted in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA or the Data Protection Act 1998.
For details of information available about particular aspects of our work, see the links on the left.

Feedback and enquiries
Although QAA is not part of the Information Commissioner's complaints and appeals procedure, we would like to hear if you have any problems, comments or suggestions concerning our information publication scheme, or if you would like a hard copy of the scheme. Please contact us at info@qaa.ac.uk.
